śrī kṛṣṇāśraya stotram (puṣṭimārga)

Vallabhacharya's declaration of refuge, one of his sixteen short works, and it argues its case by describing the age rather than the god. Every verse closes the same — Krishna alone is my recourse — and every verse gives another reason. All the paths are destroyed and the era keeps the era's own law; countries are overrun by mlecchas and the good are harried; Ganga and the great fords are crowded with the wicked and their presiding deities have withdrawn; mantras are ruined for want of understanding and yogins keep no vows; the good themselves are deluded by ego and strive after gain and honour. Only at the seventh verse does a ground for hope appear, and it is a precedent rather than an argument — the one who undid the sins of Ajamila. Its closing line is Vallabha's own promise: recite this before Krishna, and Krishna becomes your refuge.
