ଶ୍ରୀ ଵାରାହୀ ଅଷ୍ଟୋତ୍ତରଶତନାମ ସ୍ତୋତ୍ରମ୍

The hundred and eight names of Vārāhī in verse, and the list is built around her office rather than her form. It opens by placing her on the Kiricakra, the boar-drawn chariot she commands in the Lalitā story, and names her Daṇḍanāthā, the lady of the rod, and the embodied power of action — the goddess as the general who executes rather than the sovereign who decides. The weapons follow and stay consistent: the plough that splits the enemy line, the pestle, the noose, the spear, the mace and the goad, in four hands, with lightning for her colour and fire in her eyes. Smaller and more domestic names sit among them without apology — fond of the karavīra flower, giver of boons where the bilva leaf is offered — and toward the end she is named the one who grants favours in dreams, and the commander of the army.
