విభీషణ కృత హనుమాన స్తోత్రమ్

Twenty-six verses of salutation, given by the Sudarshana Samhita to Vibhishana and reported there by Garuda; and unlike the other Vibhishana stotra in this collection it is almost entirely a list of deeds — of one campaign in particular, told by somebody who was inside the city while it happened. Salutation to the burner of Lanka; to the one who crossed the sea as though it were nothing; to the destroyer of Sita's grief and the bearer of Rama's ring; to the cutter of Ravana's line; to the wrecker of Meghanada's sacrifice; to the ruin of the Ashoka grove; to the beheader of the garden guards and the breaker of the palaces of Lanka. The rest is the figure itself — blazing gold, the long tail, the traveller through the belly of the sky.
