ஶ்ரீலோபாமுத்ரா க்ரு'த ஶ்ரீ லக்ஷ்மீ ஸ்தோத்ரம்

Nine verses given to Lopamudra, the wife of Agastya, and among the plainest Lakshmi hymns in this collection — no seed syllables, no ritual placement, and a single sentence-shape repeated until it becomes a rhythm. Mother, I bow to you, Kamala, whose eyes are wide as the petals of a lotus, who stand in the lotus of Vishnu's heart, mother of the world, salutation to you. The second keeps the same close: true daughter of the sea of milk, lovely as the light within the lotus, Lakshmi, be gracious always, mother of the world, salutation to you. The last verse gathers her names into one line and asks for nothing beyond her presence — Lakshmi, Shri, Kamala, Padma, Rama, born of the lotus, faithful one, born of the ocean, wife of Vishnu, be always gracious, beloved.
