ಶ್ರೀ ಬಗಲಾಮುಖೀ ಶತ್ರುವಿನಾಶಕ ಕವಚಮ್

An armour of Bagalamukhi asked for by the Goddess and given by Shiva, and named plainly for what it does to enemies. The armour proper is her mantra broken across the body, so that the imperative in each phrase falls on a different limb — paralyse, at the belly; pin the tongue, mother, at the tongue. That the mantra is composed of commands is what distinguishes this goddess from the others of the ten, and the kavacha makes no attempt to reinterpret them. The closing verse states the standard condition twice over: the sixfold accomplishments come quickly to one who has it, and without knowing this armour the mantra of the Goddess does not succeed at all.
