શ્રી બાલાષ્ટોત્તરશતનામાવલી
(Sri Bala Ashtottara Shatanamavali 2 in Gujarati)
Also known as sri bala ashtottara shatanamavali · bala 108 names namavali · bala tripurasundari namavali
The same hundred and eight names of Bala Tripurasundari, set out one to a line with the salutation attached, which is how a namavali is used — one name, one flower. The order is the order of the verse version: first the names that place her, Bala, the great goddess, mistress of the five-fold seat, born of Shiva's left side, the swan on the lake of his mind; then the long run on the number three; then the description, bright as a crore of young suns, the dark hair, the gold mark at the brow, the restless pearl at the nose. The litany ends where these litanies usually end, on the knowledge of the real — knowledge of the principles, whose form is the principles, who is made of them — and then on the plain domestic asking: long life, victory, health, sons and grandsons.
