ଲଙ୍କାଯାଂ ଶାଙ୍କରୀଦେଵୀ କାମାକ୍ଷୀ କାଞ୍ଚିକାପୁରେ ।
ପ୍ରଦ୍ଯୁମ୍ନେ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଲାଦେଵୀ ଚାମୁଣ୍ଡୀ କ୍ରୌଞ୍ଚପଟ୍ଟଣେ ॥ 1 ॥
ଅଲମ୍ପୁରେ ଜୋଗୁଲାମ୍ବା ଶ୍ରୀଶୈଲେ ଭ୍ରମରାମ୍ବିକା ।
କॊଲ୍ହାପୁରେ ମହାଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ ମୁହୁର୍ଯେ ଏକଵୀରା ॥ 2 ॥
ଉଜ୍ଜଯିନ୍ଯାଂ ମହାକାଲୀ ପୀଠିକାଯାଂ ପୁରୁହୂତିକା ।
ଓଢ୍ଯାଯାଂ ଗିରିଜାଦେଵୀ ମାଣିକ୍ଯା ଦକ୍ଷଵାଟିକେ ॥ 3 ॥
ହରିକ୍ଷେତ୍ରେ କାମରୂପୀ ପ୍ରଯାଗେ ମାଧଵେଶ୍ଵରୀ ।
ଜ୍ଵାଲାଯାଂ ଵୈଷ୍ଣଵୀଦେଵୀ ଗଯା ମାଙ୍ଗଲ୍ଯଗୌରିକା ॥ 4 ॥
ଵାରଣାଶ୍ଯାଂ ଵିଶାଲାକ୍ଷୀ କାଶ୍ମୀରେତୁ ସରସ୍ଵତୀ ।
ଅଷ୍ଟାଦଶ ସୁପୀଠାନି ଯୋଗିନାମପି ଦୁର୍ଲଭମ୍ ॥ 5 ॥
ସାଯଙ୍କାଲେ ପଠେନ୍ନିତ୍ଯଂ ସର୍ଵଶତ୍ରୁଵିନାଶନମ୍ ।
ସର୍ଵରୋଗହରଂ ଦିଵ୍ଯଂ ସର୍ଵସମ୍ପତ୍କରଂ ଶୁଭମ୍ ॥ 6 ॥
