ജ്വര ഉവാച ।
നമഃ കൃഷ്ണായ ഹരയേ വിഷ്ണവേ പ്രഭവിഷ്ണവേ ।
ആദിദേവായ ദേവായ പുരാണായ ഗദാഭൃതേ ॥ 1 ॥
Salutations to Krishna, to Hari, to Vishnu, the all-powerful Lord, the primordial Divinity, the ancient One, and the bearer of the Gada (mace).
നമഃ സഹസ്രശിരസേ സഹസ്രചരണായ ച ।
സഹസ്രാക്ഷ നമോ നിത്യം ലോകാനാമഭയങ്കര ॥ 2 ॥
Salutations to the Thousand-Headed One, the Thousand-Footed One, and to the Thousand-Eyed Lord; eternal salutations to You, the Dispeller of fear for all the worlds.
ഉദ്ഗീഥായ നമോ ദേവ യജ്ഞാധിപതയേ നമഃ ।
നമസ്തേ ചക്രിണേ നിത്യമസിഹസ്തായ തേ നമഃ ॥ 3 ॥
Salutations to You, who are the Udgitha (the sacred chant), salutations to the Lord of all sacrifices, eternal salutations to the wielder of the Discus, and salutations to the wielder of the Sword.
അനന്തായ വിരൂപായ നമസ്തേ മധുസൂദന ।
നമസ്തേ ദേവദേവേശ തുഭ്യം ദേവ കപര്ദിനേ ॥ 4 ॥
Salutations to the Infinite One, to the One of multifaceted forms, and to You, the slayer of the demon Madhu; salutations to the Lord of lords, and salutations to You, the Lord who wears matted locks (Kapardin).
നമസ്തേ രാക്ഷസഘ്നായ നമോ രാഘവരൂപിണേ ।
ജ്ഞാനജ്ഞേയായ ദേവായ നമ ആദ്യായ വിഷ്ണവേ ॥ 5 ॥
Salutations to the slayer of demons, salutations to the One who took the form of Raghava (Rama), salutations to the Lord who is both knowledge and the object of knowledge, and to the primordial Vishnu.
നമസ്തേ നരസിംഹായ ദൈത്യരാജവിഹാരിണേ ।
നമസ്തുഭ്യം വരാഹായ ദംഷ്ട്രോദ്ധൃതവസുന്ധര ॥ 6 ॥
Salutations to the Man-Lion (Narasimha), who played with the king of demons, and salutations to You, the Boar (Varaha), who lifted the Earth with Your tusks.
ത്രിവിക്രമ നമസ്തുഭ്യം ബലിയജ്ഞവിനാശന ।
വാസുദേവായ ദേവായ നമഃ കംസവിനാശന ॥ 7 ॥
Salutations to You, O Trivikrama, the destroyer of the sacrifice of Bali; salutations to the Lord Vasudeva, and salutations to the destroyer of Kamsa.
നമഃ സര്വാത്മനേ ദേവ സര്വകര്ത്രേ നമോ നമഃ ।
പ്രാസീദ ദേവദേവേശ ഭീതാനാമഭയങ്കര ॥ 8 ॥
Salutations to the Soul of all, O Lord, and salutations again and again to the Creator of all; be gracious, O Lord of lords, and grant fearlessness to those who are terrified.
നമാമി ദേവദേവേശം വരേണ്യമഭയപ്രദമ് ।
വിഷ്ണോ ത്വാം സകലേശേശ ത്വാം ഗദാധരമവ്യയമ് ॥ 9 ॥
I bow to the Lord of lords, the Supreme One, the bestower of fearlessness; O Vishnu, O Lord of all, I bow to You, the imperishable bearer of the mace.
നമസ്തേ ദേവദേവേശ ഭീതോഽഹം ഭവനാശന ।
ഇതി സ്തുത്വാ ജഗന്നാഥം നൃത്യന്നിവ തദാ ജ്വരഃ ॥ 10 ॥
Salutations to the Lord of lords, for I am terrified, O Destroyer of worldly existence—thus having praised the Lord of the universe, the Fever (Jvara) then stood as if dancing (in awe and submission).
പപാത പാദയോര്വിഷ്ണോര്നിഃശ്വസന് ഭീതഭീതവത് ।
പ്രാസീദ വിഷ്ണോ ദേവേശ പീഡിതോഽസ്മി ജനാര്ദന ॥ 11 ॥
Trembling and sighing in great fear, he fell at the feet of Lord Vishnu and prayed, "O Vishnu, O Lord of the gods, please be gracious unto me; I am in great distress, O Janardana."
ഇതി ഹരിവംശാന്തര്ഗതം ജ്വരകൃതം ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണസ്തോത്രം സമ്പൂര്ണമ് ।
