Lord Ayyappa

ayyappa stotram

(Ayyappa Stotram in English (IAST))

Traditional

The Ayyappa Stotram is a sacred hymn dedicated to Lord Ayyappa, the divine union of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. This devotional composition beautifully describes the radiant appearance and divine attributes of the deity, who resides in the holy shrine of Sabarimala. Chanting this stotra with devotion is believed to bestow inner peace, spiritual discipline, and divine protection against negative forces. It serves as a meditative tool for devotees to seek the blessings of the Dharma Shasta, ultimately guiding them toward righteousness, self-control, and the realization of the supreme cosmic consciousness.
