ஓ-ந்தத்புருஷாய வித்மஹே மஹாதேவாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ ருத்ரஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
கணபதி காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ந்தத்புருஷாய வித்மஹே வக்ரதுண்டாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ தந்திஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
நந்தி காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ந்தத்புருஷாய வித்மஹே சக்ரதுண்டாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ நந்திஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
ஸுப்ரஹ்மண்ய காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ந்தத்புருஷாய வித்மஹே மஹாஸேநாய தீமஹி ।
தந்ந-ஷ்ஷண்முகஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
கருட காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ந்தத்புருஷாய வித்மஹே ஸுவர்ணபக்ஷாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ கருடஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
ப்ரஹ்ம காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ௐ-வேஂதாத்மநாய வித்மஹே ஹிரண்யகர்பாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ ப்ரஹ்மஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
விஷ்ணு காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ந்நாராயணாய வித்மஹே வாஸுதேவாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ விஷ்ணுஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
ஶ்ரீ லக்ஷ்மி காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ம்மஹாதேவ்யை ச வித்மஹே விஷ்ணுபத்நீ ச தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ லக்ஷ்மீ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
நரஸிம்ஹ காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ௐ-வஂஜ்ரநகாய வித்மஹே தீக்ஷ்ணதக்க்-ஷ்ட்ராய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ நாரஸிக்ம்ஹஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
ஸூர்ய காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ம்பாஸ்கராய வித்மஹே மஹத்த்யுதிகராய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ ஆதித்யஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
அக்நி காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ௐ-வைஂஶ்வாநராய வித்மஹே லாலீலாய தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ அக்நிஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
துர்கா காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரஃ
ஓ-ங்காத்யாயநாய வித்மஹே கந்யகுமாரி தீமஹி ।
தந்நோ துர்கிஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ॥
