Eight verses in which the two are never addressed separately: the compound Rādhākṛṣṇa is the grammatical subject throughout, so the object of worship is the pair as one thing rather than a god with a consort. They are saluted roaming in Vṛndāvana, an ocean of the nectar of sweetness, kinsmen of the wretched; shining in the bower of bakula and plantain; gladly worshipped by the throng of sakhīs and bright with garlands of flowers; served always by the ranks of the gods and meditated on by those of undivided taste; worshipped by the mantras of scripture and sung by the wise at daybreak; joined in the age of youth, a dwelling of boundless compassion. The closing verse says the hymn was made by one whose name ends in śaraṇa and begins with Rādhāsarveśvara, which is the naming convention of the Nimbārka lineage.
