સ્કન્દાગ્રજોઽવ્યયઃ પૂતો દક્ષોઽધ્યક્ષો દ્વિજપ્રિયઃ ॥ 1 ॥
અગ્નિગર્વચ્છિદિન્દ્રશ્રીપ્રદો વાણીપ્રદોઽવ્યયઃ
સર્વસિદ્ધિપ્રદ-શ્શર્વતનયઃ શર્વરીપ્રિયઃ ॥ 2 ॥
સર્વાત્મકઃ સૃષ્ટિકર્તા દેવોઽનેકાર્ચિતશ્શિવઃ ।
શુદ્ધો બુદ્ધિપ્રિય-શ્શાન્તો બ્રહ્મચારી ગજાનનઃ ॥ 3 ॥
દ્વૈમાત્રેયો મુનિસ્તુત્યો ભક્તવિઘ્નવિનાશનઃ ।
એકદન્ત-શ્ચતુર્બાહુ-શ્ચતુર-શ્શક્તિસંયુતઃ ॥ 4 ॥
લમ્બોદર-શ્શૂર્પકર્ણો હર-ર્બ્રહ્મવિદુત્તમઃ ।
કાલો ગ્રહપતિઃ કામી સોમસૂર્યાગ્નિલોચનઃ ॥ 5 ॥
પાશાઙ્કુશધર-શ્ચણ્ડો ગુણાતીતો નિરઞ્જનઃ ।
અકલ્મષ-સ્સ્વયંસિદ્ધ-સ્સિદ્ધાર્ચિતપદામ્બુજઃ ॥ 6 ॥
બીજપૂરફલાસક્તો વરદ-શ્શાશ્વતઃ કૃતી ।
વિદ્વત્ પ્રિયો વીતભયો ગદી ચક્રીક્ષુચાપધૃત્ ॥ 7 ॥
શ્રીદોઽજ ઉત્પલકરઃ શ્રીપતિઃ સ્તુતિહર્ષિતઃ ।
કુલાદ્રિભેત્તા જટિલઃ કલિકલ્મષનાશનઃ ॥ 8 ॥
ચન્દ્રચૂડામણિઃ કાન્તઃ પાપહારી સમાહિતઃ ।
અશ્રિત-શ્રીકર-સ્સૌમ્યો ભક્તવાઞ્છિતદાયકઃ ॥ 9 ॥
શાન્તઃ કૈવલ્યસુખદ-સ્સચ્ચિદાનન્દવિગ્રહઃ ।
જ્ઞાની દયાયુતો દાન્તો બ્રહ્મદ્વેષવિવર્જિતઃ ॥ 10 ॥
પ્રમત્તદૈત્યભયદઃ શ્રીકણ્ઠો વિબુધેશ્વરઃ ।
રમાર્ચિતો નિધિ-ર્નાગરાજયજ્ઞોપવીતવાન્ ॥ 11 ॥
સ્થૂલકણ્ઠઃ સ્વયઙ્કર્તા સામઘોષપ્રિયઃ પરઃ ।
સ્થૂલતુણ્ડોઽગ્રણી-ર્ધીરો વાગીશઃ-સિદ્ધિદાયકઃ ॥ 12 ॥
દૂર્વાબિલ્વપ્રિયોઽવ્યક્તમૂર્તિ-રદ્ભુતમૂર્તિમાન્ ।
શૈલેન્દ્રતનુજોત્સઙ્ગખેલનોત્સુકમાનસઃ ॥ 13 ॥
સ્વલાવણ્યસુધાસારજિતમન્મથવિગ્રહઃ ।
સમસ્તજગદાધારો માયી મૂષકવાહનઃ ॥ 14 ॥
હૃષ્ટ-સ્તુષ્ટઃ પ્રસન્નાત્મા સર્વસિદ્ધિપ્રદાયકઃ ।
અષ્ટોત્તરશતેનૈવં નામ્નાં વિઘ્નેશ્વરં વિભુમ્ ॥ 15 ॥
તુષ્ટાવ શઙ્કરઃ પુત્રં ત્રિપુરં હન્તુમુદ્યતઃ ।
યઃ પૂજયેદનેનૈવ ભક્ત્યા સિદ્ધિવિનાયકમ્ ॥ 16 ॥
દૂર્વાદલૈ-ર્બિલ્વપત્રૈઃ પુષ્પૈર્વા ચન્દનાક્ષતૈઃ ।
સર્વાન્કામાનવાપ્નોતિ સર્વવિઘ્નૈઃ પ્રમુચ્યતે ॥
