அச்யுதாநந்த கோவிந்த விஷ்ணோ நாராயணாऽம்ரு'த
O Infallible, Infinite, Govinda, Vishnu, Narayana, source of immortality.
ரோகாந்மே நாஶயாऽஶேஷாநாஶு தந்வந்தரே ஹரே ।
O Lord Dhanvantari, You who take away all suffering, please destroy all my diseases quickly.
ஆரோக்யம் தீர்கமாயுஷ்யம் பலம் தேஜோ தியம் ஶ்ரியம்
Grant me health, longevity, strength, radiance, wisdom, and prosperity.
ஸ்வபக்தேப்யோऽநுக்ரு'ஹ்ணந்தம் வந்தே தந்வந்தரிம் ஹரிம் ॥
ஶங்கம் சக்ரம் ஜலௌகாம் தததம்ரு'தகடம் சாருதோர்பிஶ்சதுர்பிஃ ।
I bow to Lord Dhanvantari, the remover of sins, who bestows grace upon His devotees. He holds a conch, a discus, a leech, and a beautiful pot of nectar in His four arms.
ஸூக்ஷ்மஸ்வச்சாதிஹ்ரு'த்யாம்ஶுக பரிவிலஸந்மௌலிமம்போஜநேத்ரம் ।
He is adorned in fine, transparent, and heart-pleasing garments, with a shining crown and eyes like lotus petals.
காலாம்போதோஜ்ஜ்வலாங்கம் கடிதடவிலஸச்சாருபீதாம்பராட்யம் ।
His body glows with the brilliance of a dark rain-bearing cloud, and His waist is gracefully draped in beautiful yellow silk.
வந்தே தந்வந்தரிம் தம் நிகிலகதவநப்ரௌடதாவாக்நிலீலம் ॥
தந்வந்தரேரிமம் ஶ்லோகம் பக்த்யா நித்யம் படந்தி யே ।
I bow to that Lord Dhanvantari, whose very nature is like a powerful forest fire that consumes the entire forest of human ailments. Those who recite this hymn to Dhanvantari with devotion daily:
அநாரோக்யம் ந தேஷாம் ஸ்யாத் ஸுகம் ஜீவந்தி தே சிரம் ॥
மந்த்ரம்
Will never suffer from illness and shall live happily for a long time.
ௐ நமோ பகவதே வாஸுதேவாய தந்வந்தரயே அம்ரு'தகலஶஹஸ்தாய [வஜ்ரஜலௌகஹஸ்தாய] ஸர்வாமயவிநாஶநாய த்ரைலோக்யநாதாய ஶ்ரீமஹாவிஷ்ணவே ஸ்வாஹா ।

ௐ நமோ பகவதே மஹாஸுதர்ஶநாய வாஸுதேவாய தந்வந்தரயே அம்ரு'தகலஶஹஸ்தாய ஸர்வபயவிநாஶாய ஸர்வரோகநிவாரணாய த்ரைலோக்யபதயே த்ரைலோக்யநிதயே ஶ்ரீமஹாவிஷ்ணுஸ்வரூப ஶ்ரீதந்வந்தரீஸ்வரூப ஶ்ரீ ஶ்ரீ ஶ்ரீ ஔஷதசக்ர நாராயணாய ஸ்வாஹா ।
காயத்ரீ மந்த்ரம்
Om, salutations to the Lord, the great Sudarshana, Vasudeva, and Dhanvantari, who holds the pot of nectar in His hands. You are the destroyer of all fears, the remover of all diseases, the Lord of the three worlds, and the treasure of the three worlds. You are the embodiment of Lord Mahavishnu and Lord Dhanvantari; Salutations to You, the wielder of the wheel of medicinal healing, Lord Narayana.
ௐ வாஸுதேவாய வித்மஹே ஸுதாஹஸ்தாய தீமஹி ।
Om, we meditate upon Lord Vasudeva; we contemplate Him who holds the nectar of immortality in His hands.
தந்நோ தந்வந்தரிஃ ப்ரசோதயாத் ।
தாரகமந்த்ரம்
May that Lord Dhanvantari inspire and illuminate our intellect.
