chandas Prose, the title
ব্রহ্মণস্পতি Brahmanaspati — Lord of brahman, the power in the sacred word: the Vedic god of prayer, also called Brihaspati. Ganapati's worshippers take him as Ganapati, because the first verse calls him lord of the ganas.
note This collection gathers the Rig Veda's hymns to Brahmanaspati, 1.18, 1.40 and 2.23 to 2.26, with single verses from other hymns.
