કલાધરઃ કાલહેતુઃ કામકૃત્કામદાયકઃ ।
દશાશ્વરધ સંરૂઢ દણ્ડપાણિર્થનુર્ધરઃ ॥ 2 ॥

- દણ્ડપાણિઃ (daṇḍapāṇiḥ)staff in hand
- ધનુર્ધરઃ (dhanurdharaḥ)bearing the bow
ચન્દ્રારિષ્ટેતુ સમ્પ્રાપ્તે ચન્દ્ર પૂજાઞ્ચ કારયેત્ ।
ચન્દ્રધ્યાનં વ્રપક્ષ્યામિ મનઃ પીડોશાન્તયે ॥ 3 ॥

- ઉદારઃ (udāraḥ)noble
- રોહિણીપતિઃ (rohiṇīpatiḥ)lord of Rohiṇī
શ્વેત માલ્યામ્બરધરં શ્વેતગન્દાનુલેપનમ્ ।
શ્વેતચ્છત્ર ધરં દેવં તં સોમં પ્રણમામ્યહમ્ ॥ 5 ॥
