સ્કન્દાગ્રજોઽવ્યયઃ પૂતો દક્ષોઽધ્યક્ષો દ્વિજપ્રિયઃ ॥ 1 ॥
અગ્નિગર્વચ્છિદિન્દ્રશ્રીપ્રદો વાણીપ્રદાયકઃ ।
સર્વસિદ્ધિપ્રદઃ શર્વતનયઃ શર્વરીપ્રિયઃ ॥ 2 ॥
સર્વાત્મકઃ સૃષ્ટિકર્તા દેવાનીકાર્ચિતઃ શિવઃ ।
સિદ્ધિબુદ્ધિપ્રદઃ શાન્તો બ્રહ્મચારી ગજાનનઃ ॥ 3 ॥
દ્વૈમાતુરો મુનિસ્તુત્યો ભક્તવિઘ્નવિનાશનઃ ।
એકદન્તશ્ચતુર્બાહુશ્ચતુરઃ શક્તિસંયુતઃ ॥ 4 ॥
લમ્બોદરઃ શૂર્પકર્ણો હરિર્બ્રહ્મવિદુત્તમઃ ।
કાવ્યો ગ્રહપતિઃ કામી સોમસૂર્યાગ્નિલોચનઃ ॥ 5 ॥
પાશાઙ્કુશધરશ્ચણ્ડો ગુણાતીતો નિરઞ્જનઃ ।
અકલ્મષઃ સ્વયં સિદ્ધઃ સિદ્ધાર્ચિતપદામ્બુજઃ ॥ 6 ॥
બીજાપૂરફલાસક્તો વરદઃ શાશ્વતઃ કૃતી ।
દ્વિજપ્રિયો વીતભયો ગદી ચક્રીક્ષુચાપધૃત્ ॥ 7 ॥
શ્રીદોઽજ ઉત્પલકરઃ શ્રીપતિસ્તુતિહર્ષિતઃ ।
કુલાદ્રિભેત્તા જટિલશ્ચન્દ્રચૂડોઽમરેશ્વરઃ ॥ 8 ॥
નાગયજ્ઞોપવીતી ચ કલિકલ્મષનાશનઃ ।
સ્થૂલકણ્ઠઃ સ્વયઙ્કર્તા સામઘોષપ્રિયઃ પરઃ ॥ 9 ॥
સ્થૂલતુણ્ડોઽગ્રણીર્ધીરો વાગીશઃ સિદ્ધિદાયકઃ ।
દૂર્વાબિલ્વપ્રિયઃ કાન્તઃ પાપહારી સમાહિતઃ ॥ 10 ॥
આશ્રિતશ્રીકરઃ સૌમ્યો ભક્તવાઞ્છિતદાયકઃ ।
શાન્તોઽચ્યુતાર્ચ્યઃ કૈવલ્યો સચ્ચિદાનન્દવિગ્રહઃ ॥ 11 ॥
જ્ઞાની દયાયુતો દાન્તો બ્રહ્મદ્વેષવિવર્જિતઃ ।
પ્રમત્તદૈત્યભયદો વ્યક્તમૂર્તિરમૂર્તિમાન્ ॥ 12 ॥
શૈલેન્દ્રતનુજોત્સઙ્ગખેલનોત્સુકમાનસઃ ।
સ્વલાવણ્યસુધાસારજિતમન્મથવિગ્રહઃ ॥ 13 ॥
સમસ્તજગદાધારો માયી મૂષકવાહનઃ ।
રમાર્ચિતો વિધિશ્ચૈવ શ્રીકણ્ઠો વિબુધેશ્વરઃ ॥ 14 ॥
ચિન્તામણિદ્વીપપતિઃ પરમાત્મા ગજાનનઃ ।
હૃષ્ટસ્તુષ્ટઃ પ્રસન્નાત્મા સર્વસિદ્ધિપ્રદાયકઃ ॥ 15 ॥
અષ્ટોત્તરશતેનૈવં નામ્નાં વિઘ્નેશ્વરં વિભુમ્ ।
યઃ પૂજયેદનેનૈવ ભક્ત્યા સિદ્ધિવિનાયકમ્ ॥ 16 ॥
દૂર્વાદલૈઃ બિલ્વપત્રૈઃ પુષ્પૈર્વા ચન્દનાક્ષતૈઃ ।
સર્વાન્કામાનવાપ્નોતિ સર્વવિઘ્નૈઃ પ્રમુચ્યતે ॥ 17 ॥
