સ્મરામિ દેવદેવેશં વક્રતુણ્ડં મહાબલમ્ ।
ષડક્ષરં કૃપાસિન્ધું નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 1 ॥
I meditate upon the Lord of Lords, who possesses the curved trunk and immense strength, who is represented by the six-syllable mantra and is an ocean of compassion; I bow to Him for liberation from all debts.
એકાક્ષરં હ્યેકદન્તં એકં બ્રહ્મ સનાતનમ્ ।
એકમેવાદ્વિતીયં ચ નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 2 ॥
I bow to the One-syllabled, the Single-tusked, the eternal Brahman, the one and only without a second, for the sake of being freed from all debts.
મહાગણપતિં દેવં મહાસત્ત્વં મહાબલમ્ ।
મહાવિઘ્નહરં શમ્ભોઃ નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 3 ॥
I bow to the great Lord Ganapati, who is possessed of great essence and great strength, who removes the greatest of obstacles and is the son of Shiva, for liberation from all debts.
કૃષ્ણામ્બરં કૃષ્ણવર્ણં કૃષ્ણગન્ધાનુલેપનમ્ ।
કૃષ્ણસર્પોપવીતં ચ નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 4 ॥
I bow to the Lord who wears dark garments, has a dark complexion, is anointed with dark fragrant pastes, and wears a dark serpent as His sacred thread, for liberation from all debts.
રક્તામ્બરં રક્તવર્ણં રક્તગન્ધાનુલેપનમ્ ।
રક્તપુષ્પપ્રિયં દેવં નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 5 ॥
I bow to the Lord who wears red garments, has a red complexion, is anointed with red fragrant pastes, and is fond of red flowers, for liberation from all debts.
પીતામ્બરં પીતવર્ણં પીતગન્ધાનુલેપનમ્ ।
પીતપુષ્પપ્રિયં દેવં નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 6 ॥
I bow to the Lord who wears yellow garments, has a yellow complexion, is anointed with yellow fragrant pastes, and is fond of yellow flowers, for liberation from all debts.
ધૂમ્રામ્બરં ધૂમ્રવર્ણં ધૂમ્રગન્ધાનુલેપનમ્ ।
હોમધૂમપ્રિયં દેવં નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 7 ॥
I bow to the Lord who wears smoke-colored garments, has a smoke-colored complexion, is anointed with smoke-colored fragrant pastes, and finds delight in the smoke of the sacrificial fire, for liberation from all debts.
ફાલનેત્રં ફાલચન્દ્રં પાશાઙ્કુશધરં વિભુમ્ ।
ચામરાલઙ્કૃતં દેવં નમામિ ઋણમુક્તયે ॥ 8 ॥
I bow to the omnipresent Lord who has an eye on His forehead and the moon on His brow, who holds the noose and the goad, and who is adorned with a fly-whisk, for liberation from all debts.
ઇદં ત્વૃણહરં સ્તોત્રં સન્ધ્યાયાં યઃ પઠેન્નરઃ ।
ષણ્માસાભ્યન્તરેણૈવ ઋણમુક્તો ભવિષ્યતિ ॥ 9 ॥
Whoever recites this debt-destroying hymn during the twilight hours will undoubtedly be liberated from all their debts within the span of six months.
ઇતિ ઋણવિમોચન મહાગણપતિ સ્તોત્રમ્ ।
