Lord Ganesha

నారద కృత గణేశ స్తోత్రమ్

(Narada Krta Ganesa Stotram in Telugu)

Also known as narada kruta ganapati stotram · narada krta ganesa stotra · bho ganesa surasrestha lambodara paratpara

Narada's Ganapati stotra, from the Jnanamrita-sara of the Narada Pancharatra — the same book that holds his Krishna Stavaraja elsewhere in this collection — and like that one it is built almost entirely of vocatives. Ganesha, best of the gods, hanging-bellied, higher than the high; Heramba, beginning of everything auspicious, elephant-faced, three-eyed. Giver of release, giver of good, giver of fortune, and one who takes delight in the remembrance of Shridhara. Supreme bliss, the supreme itself, Parvati's own joy. Worshipped everywhere, lord of all, worshipped by the world, of great understanding, teacher of the world, master of the world, ruler of the world — and only after all of that, salutation to you. Its promise is worldly and exact: fame, learning, wealth and long life, and at the end the abode of Hari.
